Service Providers

The VEBA Board of Trustees has assembled a team of service providers with extensive experience who are leaders in their respective fields.

Gallagher manages the VEBA Plan’s Customer Care Center in Spokane. In addition, Gallagher’s field team provides onsite and virtual service to employers. This includes compliance support, plan adoption/renewal assistance, group presentations, webinars, etc. Gallagher also provides specialized consulting services to the VEBA Board of Trustees and coordinates all VEBA Trust activities, including services provided by other third-party vendors.

OneBridge Benefits built and maintains the HRA system software and platform used by the VEBA Plan. OneBridge also handles daily claims processing, administration, recordkeeping, and outbound mail fulfillment. OneBridge specializes in HRA and flexible spending account (FSA) administration.

Hyas Group, a business of Morgan Stanley, is an independent investment consulting firm. The firm assists the VEBA Board of Trustees with the selection, review, and monitoring of the custom pre-mixed asset allocation portfolios and individual investment fund options for participants.

Kate Ulrich Saracene, a partner of the law firm Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, has built a national reputation based on her knowledge of health and welfare employee benefits plans and multiple employer health plan arrangements, including voluntary employees' beneficiary association (VEBA) trusts. Kate's experience brings employers and participants the highest level of legal expertise to ensure the VEBA Trust and Plan comply with complex federal tax regulations. Kate is assisted by Katten Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation colleagues Lisa Christensen and Tenley Mochizuki.
